Alternatively, you can shop our steel toe styles here.

Why are my shoes/boots squeaky?
Occasionally we do get feedback that the shoes are squeaky. This is not actually a manufacturing fault, but a pocket of air which is trapped between the insole and the outsole. Try taking the insole out, sprinkle talcum powder on the base and leave overnight to settle, then next day shake out the excess talc. This should get rid of the squeaking!
How can I find out what materials an item is made from?

How do I clean my shoes/boots?
Want to keep your CAT boots squeaky clean? We've got you covered.
We recommend brushing away any surface dirt with our Block & Brush kit on a regular basis. This will help to keep the footwear looking its best! After extended, rugged use, wash with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to rinse all soap off as it is hydrophilic. (Do not soak the shoes or get any leather parts wet for too long).
Open the shoes fully and remove the insoles and laces and let them dry at room temperature. (Never expose them to heat).
Recommended treatment depends on the construction and material of the footwear. Many treatments do slightly alter the colour and appearance of the shoes.
Our instant Shine Sponge is perfect for a quick clean and shines in between polishing. This sponge is suitable for travel and everyday use and will last for 50 to 100 pairs of shoes. This sponge should only be used on smooth leather and not for suede, nubuck or fabrics.
We also recommend using a protector spray for an added layer of protection against water, dirt and stains. Our CAT Footwear & Stain Protector will do the job. It's suitable to use on Leather, Suede, Nubuck & Fabric.
How to use: Hold the bottle 6cms from the surface and spray. Do not saturate. Be sure to spray area thoroughly and evenly, including all seams. For best results, let dry 24 hours. During harsh weather, use more frequently.
