Where do you ship to?
CAT Australia delivers Australia wide to residential, businesses and PO box addresses.
To guarantee the safe arrival of your order from CAT Australia, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours.
If no one is present to accept your delivery but a safe place to leave it is available, it will be left for you and the tracking will show “Delivered with Safe Drop”.
If no safe place is available a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post.READ FULL ARTICLE
At CAT Australia we currently do not accept international orders.
How do I track my order?
We send regular updates to keep you informed throughout your purchase journey. You'll receive an automated notification with your tracking information directly from StarTrack once your order has been dispatched.
To track your order log into your account and select 'Track my Order' tab on the left-hand side.
Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number on the Australia Post website here to view updates on the delivery of your order.

We ship from multiple warehouses! You'll receive separate tracking emails and shipping times might be different.READ FULL ARTICLE
