How do I use my credit note?
Our credit notes can only be used in-store. When making a purchase in-store, present your credit note to the team member to have it applied to your purchase.

Why can't I check out?
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this on our website. We suggest either switching browsers or clearing your cache and reloading the browser to attempt to fix the issue. If you're logged into your account, try checking out as a guest.
If you're unable to find your suburb/postcode, enter your postcode first and then select your suburb from the dropdown list.
Before re-attempting to place your order, please check your bank account and inbox to see if any funds have been deducted or if you've received a confirmation email. If so, your order has been successfully placed - our site just experienced a glitch!
If you're still having difficulty checking out, we want to hear about it. Contact the CAT Experts below if the site is having any technical issues impacting your ability to check out.

- as much detail about the issue as you can.
- screenshots of error messages (if any).
- which browser you're using (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge etc.).
- what you've done to try to resolve it so far.
How do I get a tax invoice for my online order?
A tax invoice will be emailed to you, along with your order confirmation, shortly after you place your order online. You can save this email as a pdf, or print it if a hard copy is required.
We can resend an invoice if you need it, just get in touch with our Customer Experience Team below.
What do I do if a fraudulent purchase has been made on my credit card?
We’re sorry to hear this has happened.
Please report any fraudulent purchases to your local authorities. Their team will reach out to our Loss Prevention team and determine the next steps.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept overseas cards as payment.

How do Zip single-use cards work?
Zip’s Single-Use Visa Card allows you to shop with companies that aren’t partnered with Zip.
If you wish to shop with us via Zip Pay, head to the Zip App and search for CAT. You’ll be directed to our website. When you’re ready to pay, select ‘Pay with Zip’ and a single-use card will be generated.
