CAT Australia orders are delivered via StarTrack and they target next day delivery to capital cities. Delivery times to Metro areas may take 1 -3 business days and Regional areas 4 – 7 business days for orders placed before 11am AEST.
Where do you ship to?
CAT Australia delivers Australia wide to residential, businesses and PO box addresses. To guarantee safe arrival of your order from CAT Australia, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours. If no one is present to accept your delivery but a safe place to leave it is available, it will be left for you and the tracking will show “Delivered with Safe Drop”. If no safe place is available a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post.READ FULL ARTICLE

Do you charge a shipping fee?
CAT Australia charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10. However, if your order is over $100 we offer FREE SHIPPING on standard delivery, no matter your location in Australia or how many pairs you decide to purchase.READ FULL ARTICLE
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
CAT Australia offers you SAME DAY DISPATCH for ALL orders placed before 11AM, this is purely dependent on stock availability. There are often instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met, however you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner.
All dispatch times exclude weekends, CAT Australia operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

How do I track my order?
From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery service.READ FULL ARTICLE
To track your order log into your account and select 'Track my Order' tab on the left hand side.
Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number on the Australia Post website here to view updates on the delivery of your order.
If you have had an unsuccessful delivery, this could be for a number of reasons.READ FULL ARTICLE
Usually it is because Australia Post didn't deem the area a safe spot to leave your order and have taken it to the post office.
When this happens we strongly advise that you contact Australia Post directly on - 13 76 78 and let them know your tracking number and the will instruct you from there.
